HEALTH & SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

• All clients are to arrive in good health--if you are feeling unwell please be honest and reschedule for another date--I will understand; we're too old for cooties
• Please limit your belongings (no large pocketbooks, purses or unnecessary belongings)
• Hand-washing is to be performed before entering the studio space; please no lotion
• No Eating will be permitted within the studio space; please make sure you are well fed before arriving to Gng; you may bring a drink (preferably water)

DEPOSIT + METHODS OF PAYMENT

• Your deposit is a non-refundable partial payment towards your final service amount
• Clients are required to pay their deposit at the time of booking
• Your deposit is transferable up to (1) time IF you have provided Tianna with 48hrs or more notice of an appointment alteration; otherwise your deposit will be lost and you will be required to send another deposit in order to book again
• Interac is the preferred method of payment; we accept all major credit and debit cards; cash is also accepted

BOOKING + SCHEDULING

• If you are new to Gng and are looking to book an appointment, please be advised you must attend monthly appointments;
• All monthly membership clients are required to have an account via gngbeautybar.com (make your account here); this ensures that you are always guaranteed an appointment if Tianna closes public access to her booking page
• On the 15th of every month, Tianna will update the availability for the calendar of the following month;
• If you do not see a time slot available which works for your schedule, please contact Tianna via Instagram Direct Message to see if you can be accommodated via a "Squeeze In" Appointment
• Squeeze In Appointment Requests (within 12hrs of the requested date) can be accommodated upon receipt of a $25.00 surcharge--*aim to book when the calendar is released to avoid disappointment

TIME MANAGEMENT

• All clients are to arrive 5 minutes prior to their appointment start time
• All appointments are between 1.5-3.5hrs depending on your service--allot the appropriate time for this; Tianna will never rush her process
• An automatic $15.00 late fee will apply to any client arriving 15 or more minutes late to their appointment--please provide notice if you are going to be late, though the late fee will apply regardless
• Please note that the duration of your appointment is 9/10 planned around your chosen level of nail art. If you are late, Tianna reserves the right to adjust/decline the originally agreed upon design if it will affect appointments following your own
• If you are 20 or more minutes late (and cannot be accommodated), your appointment will be cancelled and a new deposit must be sent to reschedule 

SERVICE QUALITY + NAIL ART

• Tianna aims to raise the standards of the nail industry, as well as, stop the comparisons of gel nail artistry in regards to "large chain/chop shop" nail culture
• Gng is not a franchise, store-front (yet) or chop shop--it is a private studio curated for nail care and self-care above all else
• All services receive detailed dry manicures (commonly referred to as a Russian Manicure) prior to servicing and are guaranteed to provide you with healthier growing natural nails (with repeat servicing from Tianna of course)--regardless of your choice in nail enhancement
• Nail Art will never be a direct replica of another techs work unless for the purpose of a recreation set; please be advised that when sending nail inspiration to Tianna, some designs may be adjusted to accommodate this policy
